Smoky Beans for a Crowd

  1. In a large Dutch oven, cook the bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons drippings.
  3. Set bacon aside.
  4. In the drippings, saute onions until tender.
  5. Combine beans, sausage, bacon and onions.
  6. Combine the remaining ingredients; add to bean mixture and mix well.
  7. Pour into four greased 13 x 9 inch baking dishes.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes or until heated through.
