Saucy Breaded Steak

  1. marinate the beef with all the ingredients given under heading"marinade" and keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
  2. remove from fridge and dip each steak in flour.
  3. in a bowl mix all the ingredients under heading"dip" and keep aside.
  4. in another bowl mix all the ingredients written under"coat" and keep aside.
  5. dip the steaks one by one into the"dip" and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. deep fry them till nice and brown.
  7. the steak can be coated and preserved for up to 2 days in the fridge.
  8. but place plastic sheet between each steak to prevent from sticking to each other.
