Saucy Breaded Steak
- 250 g beef steaks
- flour, as required
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard, sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons HP steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon red chile, crushed
- salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard, sauce
- breadcrumbs, as required
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- marinate the beef with all the ingredients given under heading"marinade" and keep refrigerated for 24 hours.
- remove from fridge and dip each steak in flour.
- in a bowl mix all the ingredients under heading"dip" and keep aside.
- in another bowl mix all the ingredients written under"coat" and keep aside.
- dip the steaks one by one into the"dip" and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- deep fry them till nice and brown.
- the steak can be coated and preserved for up to 2 days in the fridge.
- but place plastic sheet between each steak to prevent from sticking to each other.
