Low Fat Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices pepperedge farm light wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons smart balance butter substitute
- 14 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
- Use the smart balance to butter both sides of the bread.
- More or less than 2 tablespoons may be needed.
- Heat a pan up to medium heat.
- While the pan is heating, sandwich the cheese between the bread.
- Place sandwich in the pan and cook each side until it is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Eat and enjoy!
