Low Fat Grilled Cheese

  1. Use the smart balance to butter both sides of the bread.
  2. More or less than 2 tablespoons may be needed.
  3. Heat a pan up to medium heat.
  4. While the pan is heating, sandwich the cheese between the bread.
  5. Place sandwich in the pan and cook each side until it is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Eat and enjoy!
