Barbecue Stew Beef Recipe
- 1 (14 ounce.) bottle catsup
- 1 catsup bottle of water
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 lg. lean boneless stew beef
- Mix together chili pwdr, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, and Worcestershire sauce all together and set aside.
- Instead of catsup, I like to mix sufficient of all the barbeque sauces I have in the house together to make 14 ounces.
- Add in this to the other mix and add in the water.
- Stir all this together.
- Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with sufficient tin foil to be able to close up.
- Layer stew beef over the tin foil and pour sauce over this.
- Close up the foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
