Barbecue Stew Beef Recipe

  1. Mix together chili pwdr, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, and Worcestershire sauce all together and set aside.
  2. Instead of catsup, I like to mix sufficient of all the barbeque sauces I have in the house together to make 14 ounces.
  3. Add in this to the other mix and add in the water.
  4. Stir all this together.
  5. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with sufficient tin foil to be able to close up.
  6. Layer stew beef over the tin foil and pour sauce over this.
  7. Close up the foil.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
