Almond Candy Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. Blanched almonds, grnd
• 3/4 c. Fine sugar
• 1/2 tsp Tbsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
• 2 Tbsp. Brandy or possibly rum
• 2 x egg whites Stiffly beaten

1. Belend almonds, sugar, vanilla, lemon rind and brandy.
2. Mix in beatenegg whites.
3. Form inta about 2 dozen small balls, put on a butterd baking sheet and bake in 350 oven for about 5 min.
