Mandarin Ham And Stuffing
- stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cups Hot water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cans Mandarin orange sections, drained (284 mL/10 oz liq)
- 24 ham steaks (85 g/3 oz)
- 1 cup Bull's-Eye Honey Garlic Bonanza Barbecue Sauce
- MIX contents of vegetable /seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large bowl until butter is melted.
- Stir in stuffing crumb and oranges just to moisten.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Place ham steaks in shallow baking dish .
- Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Top each ham steak with 1/3 cup (75 mL) with stuffing.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until heated through.
