Caribbean Chocolate Fondue

  1. Grate chocolate and place in fondue pot.
  2. Add cream and spices.
  3. Heat gently, stirring continuously until blended together.
  4. Lastly stir in juice and rum.
  5. Heat until smooth.
  6. Do not boil.
  7. What to dip: fresh fruit cut into bite size pieces-strawberries, banana chunks, kiwi wedges, orange segments, fresh dates, dried apricots-as well as sponge fingers or small macaroons.
