Coconut Almond Pie
- 4 Eggs
- 6 tbsp Butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Flaked Coconut
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Sliced Almonds
- Mix all ingredients together except for the Coconut flakes and Almond slices.
- After ingredients are blended, stir in Coconut flakes.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- For this pie, I used a pre bought chocolate graham cracker pie crust.
- Feel free to make your own graham cracker pie crust.
- Top the pie with the Almond slices.
- Bake 40-50 minutes 350degrees.
- Serve and yum!
