Garden Veggie Sammies

  1. Set skillet over medium low heat
  2. Brush one side of sourdough with olive oil, place olive oil side down
  3. Layer feta, thinly sliced zucchini, sliced tomato, spinach, chopped garlic and a little salt and pepper onto the bread while its in the skillet.
  4. On other piece of bread brush one side with olive oil and one side with mayo and pesto, place on top of sandwich with olive oil side up
  5. Flip sandwich once its golden brown on bottom.
  6. About 6 mins.
  7. After 6 mins on the other side take sandwich off heat.
  8. Enjoy!
