Creamy Pumpkin Mousse

• 12 cup 2% cottage cheese
• 14 cup pure pumpkin puree
• 1 -2 tablespoon nonfat milk
• 12 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
• 1 -2 tablespoon ideal no calorie brown sugar artificial sweetener (to taste)
• 12 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 12 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Mix it all up in a blender.
2. Enjoy!
