Chile Succotash Recipe

  1. In buttered casserole, place the cooked corn and lima beans, liquid removed.
  2. Add in chilies and onions.
  3. Mix the Large eggs, catsup, water, salt, butter, lime juice and cilantro well and pour over corn and limas.
  4. Stir just to blend.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
  6. Good with roasted quail.
