Linguine with Turkey Sausage and Pesto

  1. Heat olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage, bell pepper, mushrooms and green onions.
  3. Saute mixture until vegetables soften, about 7 minutes.
  4. Add pasta, pesto sauce and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
  5. Toss until mixture is combined.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide pasta mixture among plates.
  8. Pass additional Parmesan separately.
