What Shall We Do With The Leftover Turkey

  1. Butter 2 slices of bread.
  2. Cut into small cubes and set aside. Cut remaining bread in cubes.
  3. Place half of unbuttered cubes in bottom of an 8

  5. 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine turkey, ham, vegetables, seasonings and mayonnaise. Spoon over bread.
  6. Place remaining unbuttered cubes over mixture. Combine eggs and milk; pour over all.
  7. Chill for 1 hour or overnight. Spoon soup over top and sprinkle with the buttered cubes. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour or until set. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top during the last few minutes of baking.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Makes 6 healthy servings.
