Creamy & Crunchy Southwestern Chicken Salad
- 1/2 cup SOUTH BEACH LIVINGTM Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch), cut in half, then into 1/4-inch-wide strips
- 1-1/2 bags (10 oz. each) mixed salad greens (about 10 cups)
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Southwestern Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips
- 2 medium plum tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup) King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- Mix dressing and cumin; set aside.
- Place half of the tortilla strips on microwaveable plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.

- Repeat with remaining tortilla strips.
- Toss greens with chicken and tomatoes in large salad bowl.
- Add cheese and dressing mixture; mix lightly.
- Top with the tortilla strips.
