King Trumpet Mushroom Steaks with Mayonnaise
- 1 pack King oyster mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspons White wine
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- 1 pinch of each Dried parsley
- Slice the king trumpet mushrooms in half vertically.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the mayonnaise and king trumpet mushrooms.
- Cook on both sides.
- Pour in the white wine, place a lid over the pan, and wait for a while.
- Once the king trumpet mushrooms have wilted, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle in a little soy sauce.
- Toss everything together, then transfer to a plate.
- Serve with some dried parsley over the top and it's done.
