King Trumpet Mushroom Steaks with Mayonnaise

  1. Slice the king trumpet mushrooms in half vertically.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the mayonnaise and king trumpet mushrooms.
  3. Cook on both sides.
  4. Pour in the white wine, place a lid over the pan, and wait for a while.
  5. Once the king trumpet mushrooms have wilted, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle in a little soy sauce.
  6. Toss everything together, then transfer to a plate.
  7. Serve with some dried parsley over the top and it's done.
