Pie Shell

• 113 cups flour, all-purpose
• 1/4 cup cornmeal
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
• 1/4 cup water cold

1. Mix into a dough.
2. Roll into pie plate and chill for 1 hour.
