Alexandra's Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a 1 quart saucepan stir together constarch, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
  6. Sitr in cheese until it melts.
  7. Pour sauce over macaroni in a 8x8x2" baking dish.
  8. Add tomatoes, toss until well mixed.
  9. Sprinkle with bacon.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
