Peach Cobbler (or any fruit or berry)

  1. Simmer fruit or berries until tender.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  3. Put butter in casserole dish and place in oven until melted.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix sugar, flour and milk.
  5. Pour fruit or berries with its juices in casserole dish containing the melted butter.
  6. Slowly pour sugar-flour mixture in the casserole dish.
  7. DO NOT SHAKE OR STIR CASSEROLE!

  9. Bake in oven until brown.
