Beef Brisket

• 8 pounds beef brisket
• 1 x brisket rub

1. Prepare the brisket.
2. Rub down with the brisket rub.
3. Smoke for a couple hours.
4. Then combine with beans or anything else you want.
5. Cook for a couple more hours.
