Pepper, Olive & Cheese Spread

  1. Cut cheese slices into strips.
  2. Combine cheese strips, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, herbs and pepper in large bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread cheese mixture into 6-inch circle on 9-inch serving plate.
  4. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  5. Just before serving, spread pasta sauce over cheese mixture, leaving 1/2-inch around edge.
  6. Top with chopped olives.
  7. Garnish with parsley and rosemary, if desired.
  8. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
