Pepper, Olive & Cheese Spread
- 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Provolone Cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, rosemary and/or thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 1/3 cup roasted red bell pepper pasta or spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
- Chopped parsley, if desired
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired
- Crackers or crusty bread slices
- Cut cheese slices into strips.
- Combine cheese strips, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, herbs and pepper in large bowl until smooth.
- Spread cheese mixture into 6-inch circle on 9-inch serving plate.
- Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
- Just before serving, spread pasta sauce over cheese mixture, leaving 1/2-inch around edge.
- Top with chopped olives.
- Garnish with parsley and rosemary, if desired.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
