Pastrami Sandwich

  1. Preheat a grill.
  2. Season onions with salt and pepper and brush with oil.
  3. In a small saucepan combine beer and mustard and bring to a boil.
  4. Add pastrami and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Grill onions on both sides and toast bread on a cooler part of the grill.
  6. When all ingredients are heated, prepare sandwich.
