Fukushima Beef Steak
- 3 Beef Steak
- 1 large piece Beef tallow
- 3 pinch Salt
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Coarsely ground black pepper
- 3 leaves Red leaf lettuce
- Cut notches into the tendons on each side.
- Season both sides lightly with salt.
- Melt the beef tallow in the frying pan on a high heat.
- Pan-fry the meat in one go over high heat.
- Place the meat in the pan and then flip over after one minute.
- Pan-fry the other side for one minute as well, then remove from the frying pan.
- Garnish a plate with red-leaf lettuce.
- Slice the beef with diagonal cuts and arrange on the plate.
- Reheat the frying pan.
- Add the ingredients and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Now you have a sauce.
- Pour the sauce from Step 7 over the steak, and it'll be ready to eat!
