Chocolate-Dipped Strawberry Pie
- 1-1/4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (5 oz.), divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
- 8 fresh strawberries with tops Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Melt 3 oz.
- chocolate as directed on package.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add melted chocolate; mix well.
- Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of crust.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP to within 1/2 inch of edge.
- Refrigerate.
- Meanwhile, melt remaining chocolate.
- Dip strawberries in chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered plate.
- Refrigerate 5 min.
- or until chocolate is firm.
- Top pie with berries.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
