Cholo Fresco

  1. In a pint glass, muddle the mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the pisco, liqueur and cucumber juice; shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with the cucumber blossom and mint sprig.
