Tilapia Fish Tacos w Tartar Sauce Coleslaw
- 2 1/2 lbs salt
- 1 Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 lb Of Tri-Colored Coleslaw
- 1/2 cup Helmans Mayo
- 1/2 cup Tartar Sauce
- 1 Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 dash Cracked Sea Salt
- 1 dash Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Fresh Parsley
- Set oven to broil on high.
- Place talapia filets on broil pan and cover both sides of fish with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Broil on high for 3 to 4 minutes on each side depending thickness of filets.
- While talapia is cooking put the coleslaw, mayo, tartar sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a container w a lid and shake until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Heat tortillas for 10 seconds in microwave.
- Place heated tortilla on a plate.
- Remove talapia after it is finished broiling and break apart w a fork and place fish in the middle of tortilla.
- Add coleslaw mixture on top of talapia and fold over the tortilla.
- Garnish w fresh parsley.
