Weeknight Chili

  1. Brown beef 6-8 mintues in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix
  4. Place beef mixture, beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce in CROCK-POT.
  5. Cover; cook on low 4-6 hours.
  6. Top each serving with cheese and green onions
