Weeknight Chili
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 packages chili seasoning mix
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) red kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can (about 14 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Sliced Green onions (optional)
- Brown beef 6-8 mintues in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in seasoning mix
- Place beef mixture, beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce in CROCK-POT.
- Cover; cook on low 4-6 hours.
- Top each serving with cheese and green onions
