Lazy Cabbage Rolls
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 bag (about 14 To 16 Oz. Bag) Coleslaw Salad Mix
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked White Rice
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- In a large pot, saute onion and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat.
- Once onion/garlic is softened, add the ground beef and fry until browned.
- Add in the coleslaw mix stir until cabbage is wilted.
- Add in the rice, soup, ketchup, hot sauce, and stir until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with a fresh, warm piece of bread with butter.
