Vegetable And Beef Soup Recipe

  1. Cut stew meat into bite-sized pcs and brown slightly in bottom of large soup pot.
  2. Add in water, 2 stalks of celery, quartered onion and soup bones and simmer for about an hour, or possibly till meat is tender.
  3. Remove celery and add in tomatoes, minced onions, celery and carrots.
  4. Cook another hour, then salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Makes about 5 qts.
