Crusty Parmesan Biscuits Recipe
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled
- Combine dry ingredients and cheese.
- Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add in combined Large eggs and lowfat milk, mixing till just moistened.
- Stir in bacon.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Makes 1 dozen.
