Premium Steak & Egg Wrap

  1. For each serving: Heat 1 tortilla on grill until softened; cover half with 1.5 oz.
  2. steak, 1/4 cup eggs, and 1 Tbsp.
  3. each onions, green peppers, red peppers, cheese and steak sauce.
  4. Fold over one side of tortilla, then roll up, starting at bottom edge, leaving one end open.
  5. Place, seam-side down, on flat-top griddle.
  6. Cook 30 sec.
  7. or until lightly browned.
