Town And Country Restaurant's Lemon Chess Pie Recipe

  1. Mix sugar, corn meal and flour.
  2. Add in Large eggs one at a time and beat well.
  3. Stir in melted butter, lowfat milk, lemon juice and rind; mix well.
  4. Pour into an unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  6. Cold and serve.
