Simple Blueberry Tart

• 1 Custard Cream
• 100 grams Blueberries
• 4 Tart Crust
• 1 few Mint leaves

1. Make the custard cream in the microwave and spread it out in a small metal tray.
2. Once it has cooled, chill in the fridge.
3. Spread the custard cream from Step 1 into the tart crusts.
4. Top with blueberries and garnish with a mint leaf.
5. You can also optionally dust with powdered sugar.
