Red velvet white chocolate chip cookie

  1. Set oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl mix the dry cake mix, egg, and cool whip together.
  3. Mix in white chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop dough into 1 or 2 teaspoon balls.
  5. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
  6. Place cookie dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in oven for 16 minutes.
  8. Once done, let cool on wire racks.
  9. Makes about 40 cookies.
