Red velvet white chocolate chip cookie
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 8 oz cool whip, thawed
- 1 packages white chocolate chips
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 powdered sugar. enough to coat cookies
- 1 parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
- Set oven to 350.
- In a large bowl mix the dry cake mix, egg, and cool whip together.
- Mix in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 1 or 2 teaspoon balls.
- Roll balls in powdered sugar.
- Place cookie dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in oven for 16 minutes.
- Once done, let cool on wire racks.
- Makes about 40 cookies.
