Sunshine Steak Marinade

• 1 (6 ounce) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 12 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
• 14 cup dry sherry
• 1 garlic clove, minced

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Use to marinate beef for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. While cooking beef, heat marinade to a boil; serve with beef.
