Mother's Day Breakfast Cobbler
- 4 granny smith apples, cored, peeled, and cut into segments
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 14 cup desiccated coconut
- 14 cup slivered almonds
- 12 cup chopped dates
- 410 g peach slices in syrup
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup water
- Place all of the ingredients into a small crock, and mix well.
- Place in an oven, and let it cook overnight at about 70 - 100 degrees C.
- Serve with thickened cream.
