Beef-Fried Rice
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1-1/3 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- Cook meat in nonstick wok or large skillet on high heat 3 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add next 5 ingredients; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Add oranges and onions; fluff with fork.
