Komatsuna and Boiled Chicken Mixed with Sweet Chili Sauce and Sesame

  1. Use your family's cooking method to boil the chicken.
  2. I always use this boiled chicken recipe.
  3. Parboil the komatsuna, cut into about 3 cm lengths, and squeeze out the excess water.
  4. Tear up the chicken into pieces.
  5. Mix the sesame paste and sweet chili sauce, and add Step 2 to the sauce.
  6. Mix well, and you're done.
