Sambal mee goreng
- 1 egg noodle
- 3 tsp sambal prawn chilli (get the crispy version)
- 2 tsp sweet sauce
- 1 tbsp fried shallots
- Add sambal prawn chilli and sweet sauce into big bowl.
- Cook egg noodle in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Drained and add into the bowl and mix evenly.
- Sprinkle fried shallots over noodle.
- Ready to serve with any extra ingredients you like to top up, for example, hard boiled eggs, vegetables, etc.
