Pot Roast In Foil Recipe

• 4 pound beef chuck pot roast
• 1 env. onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

1. Place heavy duty foil in baking dish or possibly pan, 13"x9"x2" (foil 10"x18").
2. Put meat in foil, sprinkle soup mix on meat and spread mushroom soup over meat.
3. Fold foil over meat and seal.
4. Cook at 300 degrees for 4 hrs.
