Mushroom Strudel
- 6 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 can (235 g) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cook and stir vegetables in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until tender.
- Cool 10 min.
- ; drain.
- Unroll dough on baking sheet; pat into 12x4-inch rectangle, firmly press perforations and seams together to seal.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Spoon vegetable mixture down one long side of dough; roll up lengthwise, starting at vegetable-topped side.
- Rearrange log, if necessary, so log is seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 min.
- before slicing to serve.
