Mushroom Strudel

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook and stir vegetables in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Cool 10 min.
  5. ; drain.
  6. Unroll dough on baking sheet; pat into 12x4-inch rectangle, firmly press perforations and seams together to seal.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Spoon vegetable mixture down one long side of dough; roll up lengthwise, starting at vegetable-topped side.
  9. Rearrange log, if necessary, so log is seam-side down on baking sheet.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until golden brown.
  12. Cool 5 min.
  13. before slicing to serve.
