Summer 5 Bean chili
- 1 lb Ground sirloin 80/20
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Salt & black pepper (each)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 Jalapenos, chopped
- 1 cup Scallions
- 1 can Dark red kidney beans
- 1 can Light red kidney beans
- 1 can cannelini beans
- 1 can Pinto beans, drained
- 1 can Butter beans, drained
- 1/2 envelope William's original chili mix
- 1 can Hot Rotel
- 1 can Mexicorn
- Brown beef until brown with onion.
- Add seasonings and jalapeno
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for a min and reduce to simmer for 2 hours.
- Enjoy with crackers, cheese, onion or over Frito's.
- Enjoy.
