Brad's chicken pepperoni cheesesteak

  1. Dice chicken into 1/2 " cubes.
  2. Place in a lg frying pan.
  3. Add 1 tbs oil and seasonings.
  4. Brown chicken over med heat
  5. When browned add steak sauce, wine, and vinegar.
  6. Reduce heat cover and simmer 5 minutes
  7. Remove lid and continue cooking until sauce thickens and coats chicken.
  8. Add pepperoni and heat through
  9. In another pan add remaining oil, onion, mushrooms, and garlic
  10. Cook over med low until carmelized
  11. Lightly toast hoagies.
  12. Spread with mustard and layer chicken and veggies.
  13. Get some napkins cause it might be messy
