Layered Gelatin Dessert with JELL-O
- 2 gal. Hot water(140 degrees F to 160 degrees F)
- 2 pkg. JELL-O Brand Assorted Red Sugar Free Gelatin, any flavor
- 2 qt. sugar-free whipped topping
- Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour 1/4 cup gelatin into each of 20 clear dessert dishes or bowls (or into each of 5 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Meanwhile, pour remaining gelatin into large bowl.
- Refrigerate 45 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in whipped topping until well blended.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until set but not firm.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of the whipped topping mixture over clear gelatin layer in each dish.
- Refrigerate until firm.
