Macaroni with Cabbage and Ham

  1. Pour cooked macaroni into large bowl.
  2. In large nonstick pan heat olive oil.
  3. Add ham and cook until browned a bit.
  4. Remove ham from pan and set aside.
  5. Add the onion to the pan and cook 6-8 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cabbage, apple, vinegar, and pepper.
  7. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes (stirring occasionally).
  8. Stir in the dill and ham.
  9. cook uncovered until heated through.
  10. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  11. Pour mixture over macaroni and stir well.
