Mary's Greek Salad Recipe
- 1 bunch leaf lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 teaspoon fresh minced dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut lettuce, tomatoes and scallions as you would for regular salad.
- Put into large bowl.
- Add in salt, pepper and dill; mix together.
- Mix extra virgin olive oil and juice in container.
- Shake well and pour over salad.
- Toss lightly and serve.
- Serves 4 people.
