Mary's Greek Salad Recipe

  1. Cut lettuce, tomatoes and scallions as you would for regular salad.
  2. Put into large bowl.
  3. Add in salt, pepper and dill; mix together.
  4. Mix extra virgin olive oil and juice in container.
  5. Shake well and pour over salad.
  6. Toss lightly and serve.
  7. Serves 4 people.
