Fruit Sundae

  1. Drain syrup from strawberries.
  2. Make up to 200ml less 15 ml/ 1 tbsp.
  3. (6 fl.
  4. oz.)
  5. with water.
  6. Heat on low flame in a saucepan.
  7. Sprinkle 1 tsp.
  8. (5ml) of gelatine over surface.
  9. Dissolve.
  10. Do not boil.
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. Cool until beginning to set.
  13. Divide berries equally among 4 tall glasses.
  14. Carefully pour in setting jelly.
  15. Refrigerate.
  16. Repeat with pineapple syrup but without adding water.
  17. Repeat with peaches.
  18. Chill for 1 hour to set.
  19. Decorate with a swirl of whipped cream.
  20. Serve.
