Pierogi, cabbage and kielbasa bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In large saute pan melt butter and cook onions until golden brown.
  3. Add cabbage and cook covered until cabbage wilts.
  4. Just a few minutes.
  5. Transfer onion and cabbage into 13"by 9 "roasting pan.
  6. Top with pierogi, salt and pepper.
  7. Slice kielbasa into large chunks and add.
  8. Cook, covered for half an hour.
  9. Place under broiler for 2 minutes to get a golden color on top.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
