Spicy Mayo Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes in cold salted water until easily pierced with a paring knife.
  2. Drain.
  3. Cool in refrigerator.
  4. Cut into fourths.
  5. Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
