Buffalo Chicken Wrap
- 1 whole Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Hot Sauce
- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (I Used La Tortilla Factory)
- 4 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- Grill a chicken breast in a pan over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
- Remove it from the pan, let it rest for a minute or two and then slice it into thin strips.
- Place chicken strips into a bowl and add the hot sauce.
- Toss until chicken is well coated.
- Lay out your tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in a circular motion.
- Sprinkle your cheese and lettuce on top.
- Add the Buffalo chicken and roll up your wrap.
- Slice in half before serving.
- Serve the remaining 2 tablespoons of ranch for dipping.
