Sweet & Spicy Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
  2. Mix the brown sugar and the picante sauce in a bowl.
  3. Lay 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the picante sauce mixture over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  6. While chicken is cooking, cook your rice according to package directions.
  7. Serve the chicken breasts and sauce over the rice.
